Rockstar CONSOLIDATOR PLUS  is a high-performance, solvent-based combination product that serves as both a reinforcing **consolidator** and a powerful **water repellent** sealer. It is designed to penetrate deeply into porous mineral substrates to internally reinforce friable (soft or crumbling) surfaces while simultaneously providing a durable barrier against water and salt ingress without significantly changing the natural look of the surface.

USES

CONSOLIDATOR PLUS is specifically formulated for use on porous mineral substrates that require both structural reinforcement and protection from harsh environments, particularly around saltwater. It is ideally suited for:

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (Professional Summary)

***A test area is mandatory to determine consumption rate, number of coats, and final appearance.***

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants (oil, grime, previous coatings). **Do not apply onto salt-contaminated surfaces.**
2. Apply generously using an acetone-resistant sprayer in a "flood" application so the surfaces are "glossy" wet for 5–10 seconds.
3. Repeat the flood application after 10 minutes (while the first coat is still wet).
4. Wait a further 10 minutes, and if any product remains unabsorbed, wipe off the excess immediately with a clean cloth. **Do not allow product to pool and dry on the surface.**
5. **Curing Time:** Surface water repellency appears in 1–2 hours. Full cure of the water repellent components takes 72 hours. Full consolidation takes approximately **4 weeks**.

CONSUMPTION RATE

The total consumption rate depends heavily on the porosity of the substrate, ranging from $\text{0.5 – 5 Mt}^2/\text{Litre}$. A minimum of two coats is recommended.

**STORAGE:** Store unused product in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry place away from fire or ignition sources.

**SAFETY:**

• Use in a well-ventilated area away from sources of heat and sparks.
• Causes eye irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, eye protection, and a positive respirator if ventilation is inadequate.
